Do you eat ramen noodles twice a week? If you're a woman, this may be leading you to future health problems!

A study of over 10,000 people (over half were women) indicated a 68% higher risk of heart disease, diabetes, and stroke in women (NOT MEN) who ate instant noodles two or three times a week.....and it did not matter how healthy their diets were otherwise.

The takeaway: it's okay to eat ramen or other instant noodle concoctions once or twice a month....but the common college habit of regularly eating the cheap, convenient food is not advised.
