Katy Perry recently revealed the artwork for her new album “Smile,” which has her dressed as a clown with a red nose. Well, now her fans can follow in her footsteps.
The singer just introduced a new Instagram clown filter so they can experiment with the look. "Now it’s your turn to clown around,” she shared. “Use my IG lens and show me ur #SMILE.”
