Considered one of the best 20 jazz festivals in the country, the Jacksonville Jazz Festival started out as just a showcase for regional talent and almost became extinct twice! It has since found it's sea legs and boasts their biggest lineup ever this year. Performers scheduled to perform May 24-27 include Trombone Shorty, Dianne Reeves, Sheila E., The Bad Plus, Euge Groove, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Charles Lloyd and others. The list includes one of the most exciting bands in recent years, Jane Bunnett & Maqueque, featured here.
