Mix 96 announced on Friday that our all-Christmas format switch will happen this year on Monday, November 6th at 6:15 a.m.
Can you tell that we are so excited?!?
Making it even more exciting it is that KWQC-TV6's Quad Cities Today will be here doing live reports from the Mix 96 Davenport studios from 5:00-7:00 Monday with a focus on the big highlight event: the official "switch" at 6:15 a.m.!
Therefore, look for McFadden & Evans to be be simulcast with KWQC for that brief period at about 6:15.
As you can tell from the Facebook & Twitter posts below, there are a lot of passionate Christmas music fans out there! In fact, many folks think November 1st should be the day.
At the same time, we realize not everyone is ready for the holiday line-up quite yet. We understand and take your opinions to heart, but simply invite you to come back to enjoy the Christmas music when you are ready to have it accompany your work day and busy seasonal activities.
