There's so many fires across California so the air quality is so bad and smokey, it's not healthy to be outside. Well the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) launched an app to monitor the air quality as it will tell you when it's safe to go outside. The AQMD will also be launching an hourly forecast with the ability to predict air quality levels hour-by-hour for smog. This app is great for those who want to hike or exercise outdoors or just want to get outside of the house so you can plan your day for when the air is the cleanest. On the app, you'll notice the air quality broken down by colors so green is good, yellow is moderate, if you see anything in red, that's really unhealthy air. You can download the app for Apple and Android here!
