This week's featured recipe is another winning sweet treat perfect for a light dessert or special breakfast.

Festive Egg Nog
4 egg yolks
1 quart milk (4 cups)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place milk in 2-qt casserole dish. Cover & heat in microwave on full heat 5-6 minutes, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Do not boil.
- Beat egg yolks lightly with sugar, spices, and vanilla.
- Stir one cup of hot milk into egg mixture and then gradually add all of the egg mixture into milk.
- Cover and heat in microwave on full power for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until warmed.
