Staying in Shape (at Home)

With gyms closed, may of us are "working out" at home. ...or at least trying to stay in shape. I find walking around the neighborhood (approx 3 miles) and doing push-ups helps. But the fridge is always close by! Most people say they are doing it out of boredom! Whatever your inspiration is - exercise is good for the body & mind.
