Jazz star Grace Kelly has been on the music radar since the age of 14. She just finished a stint as a member Jon Batiste's Stay Human (the Late Night With Stephen Colbert's house band) but has also performed with Harry Connick Jr., David Sanborn, Wynton Marsalis and countless other big names in addition to leading her own bands in the studio and through over 30 countries on tour. In December 2015, Vanity Fair magazine listed her as one of the "40 millennials changing the face of jazz." Though she started as a straight ahead jazz ingenue, critics have taken notice of her latest genre bending releases such as the song in the video. BTW - she will be the featured artist at Polyrhythms Third Sunday Jazz Series, September 17th in the Redstone Room in the RME.
