Move over pumpkin spice because it's peppermint mocha season now! Once Halloween is over, it's the time when it's socially acceptable to have the best of both worlds by enjoying pumpkin spice lattes one day and peppermint mochas the next. It turns out Starbucks is getting ready to switch over into holiday mode THIS WEEK! A source told OurCommunityNow that the holiday drinks and treats will return to stores on Friday, November 6th. The drink lineup includes the Caramel Brulee Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Eggnog Latte, Peppermint Mocha, and the Toasted White Mocha. The treats lineup includes the Sugarplum Danish, Snowman Cakepop, Cranberry Bliss Bar, and the brand new Cranberry Orange Scone.
Unfortunately, there will be no Gingerbread Latte this year, but the source says here may be other holiday bakery items rolled out in addition to the other ones listed. Along with the holiday drinks and treats launch, it's also the oh so famous red cup day! This is when Starbucks gives away free reusable holiday-themed cup when you order a holiday drink while supplies last. Just like every year, make sure you go super early if you want a free reusable cup because they always sell out fast.
